Henry, a 32-year-old from Newburgh. Police charged him with assault in the second degree, a Class D felony, and an unrelated charge of harassment in the second degree from a previous incident. The victim, who had non-life threatening injuries, was treated at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital, then Westchester Medical Center.
