Adults interested in advancing their careers and boosting their earning potential will want to attend the adult degree information session at Mount Saint Mary College on October 13 at 5 p.m. at the Office of Continuing Education, 361 Powell Avenue, Newburgh.
Accelerated degrees are offered in accounting, business management and administration, history, human services, psychology, nursing and an interdisciplinary BA in education.
Offering the most economical tuition in the Hudson Valley, the Mount’s accelerated adult degree program provides students 24 and over with the flexibility of evening/weekend schedules.
Mount Saint Mary College also offers three master’s degrees: MBA, MS in education and MS in nursing.
The hybrid online business and nursing programs blend the best of traditional classroom instruction with the convenience of online learning.
To facilitate the transfer of credits, Mount Saint Mary College has special agreements with community colleges in Orange, Dutchess, Westchester, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster counties, as well as graduate schools.
Due to the rigorous nature of the nursing program at the Mount, nursing courses from other institutions are not transferrable.
