The City Activity Center at 401 Washington Street will be available as a “warming center” Monday until 8 p.m. If you are without power or just seeking a place to stop in out of the cold, you are most welcome. If you do have power, but know of others who do not, please help spread the word.
A shelter was opened on Sunday evening at the town of Newburgh Recreation Center at 311 Route 32 in Newburgh by Orange County and the Red Cross. Call 2-1-1 for more information.
