City of Newburgh police arrested three alleged prostitutes and three “johns” as part of its on-going quality of life push in the city.
A joint investigation by City officers along with narcotic units of the New York State Police and the Orange County Sheriff’s office led to the arrests of Yasmeen Brooks, 36, of Newburgh, Tracy Vincelette, 44, of Pine Bush and Ronneshia McDonald, 20, of Newburgh. McDonald also had active warrants out of Lloyd and New Paltz.
In addition, three Newburgh residents were arrested and charged with partronizein a prostitute: Kurtis Smith, 50, of Newburgh, Reggie Williams, 47, of Newburgh and Willis Graham, 43, of Newburgh. Graham was also charged with felony DWI and for failure to have an ignition interlock device on his vehicle.
